Who doesn’t like buffalo wings? And now that it’s football season it’s a MUST! Well…I surprised my loved ones with some buffalo chicken dip before dinner and wow! Let me tell you it was delicious goodness ;)
Very simple to make! Add it to you Super Bowl menu.
2 8oz cans of canned chicken (or 1 pound of fresh cooked chicken breast, cooked and chopped)
1 8oz package of cream cheese
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of ranch dressing
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese plus 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top
4 tbsp of buffalo hot sauce (please note that if you don’t like too much spice you can use less buffalo sauce or if you like very spicy add to you taste)
Celery and/or carrot sticks to serve with
Chips to serve with (optional)
In a bowl mix the cream cheese until soft, ad sour cream, ranch dressing and buffalo sauce. Add the canned chicken (previously drained), 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella and mix. Put in a oven safe dish and sprinkle extra mozzarella on top. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve with carrot and celery sticks or chips.
