I’m sure most of you might have experienced some cold days or even some snow already! Doesn’t hot chocolate taste better during snowy days? And doesn’t hot chocolate taste even better with whipped cream? For me is a definitely YES! And here is a quick recipe for a whipped cream with a twist. It makes it so creamy and minty that you will be addicted!
Peppermint whipped cream: just two ingredients needed. 6 large peppermint candy canes or 20 mini candy canes. 2 cups of heavy whipping cream. Crush the candy canes in a food processor or a blender until very tiny chopped. Whip the heavy cream in a mixer with the whisk attachment until nice an fluffy. Add the crushed candy canes to the whipped cream and fold them until we’ll combined. The color will start turning pink as you see in the picture. Serve on top of hot cocoa and enjoy!
Another suggestion for this peppermint whipped cream is to serve them on top of brownies…just scrumptious!
